Raw Files and Final Edits Policy

At McClary Media LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality final products from every photoshoot and video shoot. Please note the following policy regarding ownership and distribution of files:

• Ownership of Raw Files: The raw files (unedited photos, Unedited video footage, etc.) generated during a photoshoot or video shoot are the property of  McClary Media LLC. These raw materials are part of the creative process and are not included in the final deliverables provided to the client.

• Final Product Delivery: Clients will receive the final edited versions of their photos or videos. These are carefully curated and edited to reflect our highest standard of work.

• Raw File Requests: In the rare case that a client requires access to raw files, such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional fee $1,000+. However, we highly recommend trusting the editing process to deliver the best results.

• Usage Rights: The final edited photos and videos are for personal and/or professional use as agreed upon in the project terms. They may not be altered, resold, or redistributed without express permission from McClary Media LLC
